Narcissistic abuse comes in many forms. You've been conditioned. sometimes for years, to accept this person as they are and consider their behavior normal. It's not. Recognize that you've been in a state of hypervigilance, walking on eggshells, the whole time.
I've spent years trying to be the bigger person and that's meant shrinking myself, minimizing the years of manipulation, and being quiet. I'm done with that behavior. I'm no longer tolerating the abuse. Enough is enough.

My Story
For years, I lived under the shadow of narcissistic abuse—questioning my reality, silencing my voice, and losing sight of who I truly was. As an attorney and high-achieving professional, I never imagined I could be manipulated and controlled by someone so close. But I was.
Breaking free wasn’t easy—but it was possible. I did the hard work to heal, reclaim my identity, and rebuild a life filled with clarity, confidence, and peace. That journey led me to create The Power Back Path™, a proven roadmap to help other survivors—both women and men—find their way home to themselves.
Now, I use my experience and training to guide others out of the confusion and back into their power.
